Verified vehicle historical front-end impact with client, explaining the non-standard Blue/Red/Brown pigtail. Spent extended diagnostic time mapping undocumented aftermarket wiring loom. Identified a severe internal calibration failure within the aftermarket transducer, causing an erroneous 450-550 PSI lockout signal to the PCM. Sourced and installed a factory OEM Honda Transducer. System initialized perfectly. High-side pressure is confirmed stable at a normal 145 PSI. A/C system fully operational; engine stalling codes P0641 and P0087 are fully resolved and cleared. High Pressure A/C P05533 fault code resolved.
